Leadership has been a problem and continues to get worse. The problems with this facility start at the top and the top needs revamped for the facility to continue to grow and maintain it's great reputation.

Advice for prospective applicants:

SOV as we cal it is overall a great place to work. Just don't let the higher ups bully you into being their "yes sir" person. Remember you can say no and do have a life besides your job.
