The leader in this company says one thing and the director does another it is very hard to do a good job under these conditions.

its not a good place to work, they expect a lot of work and dont pay well and dont give good hours

They are non-medical agency and not much clients to serve the people applied for a job.

Because employees get conflicting instructions about what we are expected to do and end up breaking rules because we don't know what to do. I also see little chance of advancement within the company.
