I have visited the facility and have a relative who lives there now. The home itself is very well maintained and comfortable. The nursing staff has regular in service training, and is supposedly paid overtime extra for night and holidays. The management is constantly updated in different courses to stay on top of the latest long-term care nursing news.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Be sure to have some interview questions prepared because in my opinion you should have a certain type of personality to work with the elderly.
