I am a traveler at Dartmouth, so I really can't provide an accurate rating and I only work in the Operating Room and don't really see the other aspects of the center.

Advice for prospective applicants:

The OR, in itself is its own world, but the care that patients do get from their staff is excellent.

I think that DHMC is the best employer i have ever had. It is very large, and one can get lost in the shuffle, but generally, I'd rather work there than anywhere.

DHMC Underwent a series of failed attempts to increase profitability and merge with other companies in the 90's and early 00's, from which it is still recovering. They have some of the best doctors and nurses in the New England area, but have been struggling to attract new hires.
