  It's the cat dander that most people are allergic to, and these cats do have that. However, because they have no fur, they need to be bathed a couple of times a month and that keeps the dander down. I am allergic and they don't bother me. We had a neighbor bring a friend over to see, and she did react. Bottom line...it just depends!

  They are purebreeds...they are Sphynx (hairless) cats. Very loving and social!

  I wonder if the cats depicted on your page are pure breeds. All I've ever known are mongrel cats, and I've liked many of them. But I've always wondered if there are differences in disposition or intelligence or other features that you can spot in some pure breeds we hear about.
