    I just graduated in May and started working almost 2 months ago. I've learned so much in such a short time and I really love it! The pace is so fast, but I wouldn't have it any other way. My facility has a 30-bed ICU unit, plus a separate coronary ICU and neuro ICU downstairs, so we get lots of traffic! I'm very interested in the cultural differences in nursing and would love to hear more about your practice, too! Why do you not want to be there?
