I have been a ACE certified Clinical Exercise Specialist for the last several years. I am also a USACyling Cat 3 racer, I specialize in distance, but also compete in circuit and critirums. After my mother suffered CHF I decided I wantd to have a more direct role in patients health. I am now pursuing my RN.
