About Me:
My name is Laura and I live in Pascoag, RI. I just recently got hired at Women and Infants' hospital in Providence. I work there as a hostess (which is part of the security department). I guess its my way of getting my foot in the door, since I think thats where I want to work after I complete nursing school. I go to Rhode Island College which is also located in Providence. I am entering my junior year and I'm really looking forward to all the clinical experience I will be getting this year. I hope to work in the NICU when I graduate. I think I want to pursue going into a nurse anesthetist program also. In my "free time" I really love to read. I find most of my reading devoted to nursing magazines like AJN and Nursing made easy.
