    In theory it sounds fine, what it fails to address is what is offered to assist with bariatric/metabolic procedures? Obesity is a complex issue beyond "controlling their problem"...additionally the fear is what will be the next issue chosen by the state to provide the opportunity to exclude someone from coverage...
