This is very good. Heart and lung sounds were very difficult for me. I bought this when I had to take the advanced assessment class and it was very helpful. I am hanging on to it so that I can use it in class if I start teaching again.

yes, very handy specially listening to lung and heart sounds is a little bit tricky this is really a must so auscultation can be done accurately

This is really very good and a must even for advanced nurses. Some sounds are so tough to master and this is really very helpful.
