LOVE THIS! I use it everyday at work. I saw that every unit I was on only had one or two pulse ox for 5-6 nurse and that was if you could even find it. I purchased my own on a recommendation of a resp. therapist. They said that they use this brand and love it. I never has to worry about find a pulse ox now.
