Help!  I need someone's help... I am thinking of relocating from SC to PA this Fall.  I would really like to get my LPN Certificate.  I have about 125 College credits toward an elementary education degree in SC.  What steps do I need to take?

You will need to find a local community college that offeres a LPN program. Some of your credits will apply, but you will still have to take nursing classes. Since it is a structured program, it will probably take you close to a year to complete the program.
