We all  love our pets, but what kind of pet's are out there in Nursing link world?? Let us see.

I will start.  We have a german shepherd name Max, we have Koi fish (12) , a turtle named Henry, 2 hermit crabs named Tom and Jerry, 5 bunnies named Bugs, loppy, thumper,( thumper plays teather ball, you may have seen him on America's funniest videos, he won)  mama girl, and fir ball, we had 3 others but they were eaten by coyotes, I know, terrible the coyote jumped a 9 foot wall,  until we got Max, no coyotes in our yard since, everyone is safe.  We did have a snake, my son just HAD to have, until it escaped and one night I was walking to the kitchen and THERE it was, I screamed and jumped onto the couch, it was back at the pet store the next day.

Who's next?

We have a boxer named Harley and a stray cat that we adopted named Belle.  They both think they are one of the kids.

A golden retriever named Morgan, who is charming, funny and so very loyal and lovable.  The kids have three cats.  Girbot the king, a huge half maine coon, who is darn near the same color coated as Morgan.  Gaz, a tuxedo who's slightly cross eyed, doesn't really see well and a big scaredy cat.  Sen, Gaz's sister, who is a long haired black and white with enormous green eyes, a pink nose with four freckles, who is so lovable and demands attention.  She throws herself in front of you, to get your attention, which is ok during the day, but scares the crap out of me when she does this at night in the dark hallway.

I have two Australian Sheppard’s named Jake and Lexie, my best friends!   Now to the barn and there you will find a Tennessee Walker named Star and a Quarter Horse named Satin, and a black barn cat named Kat...didn't want her getting confused by being with the rest of the critters!  I also have the Fab Four better known as Rhode Island Red chickens, and a couple mallard ducks.

We have a cat, Olive who is 18 years old and still quite the predator.  Our neighbors have a small farm, so we have adopted most of their animals ( 2 donkeys, 2 dogs, a bunny, and 2 horses)  I can't wait until I finish nursing school so we can get the boys a dog.  What breed is the best for small, active children and inside most of the time?
