One of my favorite foods is a green salad with eggwhites, cheese,carrots,coliflower,bacon bits,turkey and Red wine vinegar dressing...topped with madarin oranges! Yum. | Posted 2 months ago I find foods from my childhood to be "comfort foods" esp. during stressful times (particularly during exam/finals time). This would include any of my Mom's homecooked meals- baked macaroni, beef stew and dumplings, baked whole chicken with all the fixings, chicken and rice soup, clam chowder.... There's no place like home. |

| Posted 2 months ago I love Thanksgiving Dinner...............the whole works! I can eat cranberry sauce every day. My mom makes a cranberry "mold" with jello, nuts and pineapple in it. It's so yummy. Homemade stuffing is the best! No fake crap like stove top. LOL. Our family soaks bread in chicken broth and adds celery, carrots, and the giblets. It's really good. I also love my mom's homemade rice pudding! I told her she should sell the stuff. Anyone like egg nog? *Samantha*

| Posted 2 months ago laing is my specialty (bicol region), but my favorite food is Steamed Fresh Whole Chicken seasoned with pepper and spices with grated ginger, scallions, soy sauce, chili, cilantro, and lemon as dipping sauce. |

| Posted 2 months ago A Thanksgiving sandwich (these have become a tradition I started about 10 years ago). Take a roll with some butter, and add the following: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes (or sweet potatoes, whatever you have on hand), gravy, cranberry sauce, and green bean casserole Microwave for a few seconds, and wha-la! My Dad always begs me to make these Thansgiving night if he's not sleeping already. Cosi did something like this a couple of years ago... |
