Posted 10 months ago Do you have any idea where to buy online a Emesis Severity calculator. It's actually a calculator for BSA, BMI, Est. Crea clearance, carboplatin dosing, etc for chemotherapy dose calculation. I've heard they're been giving them on some conventions/conference but got no chance to attend. Any idea where can I buy one or secure one please? |
